Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Orvinn is an AI-powered marketing platform operated by KGF Digital Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We help real estate professionals and small business owners automate social media posts, email campaigns, and performance reporting.

When you use orvinn.app, you're trusting us with your data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what control you have over it.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Account details — your name, email address, and password when you sign up.
• Business profile — brand name, logo, target market, audience type, and posting preferences you enter during onboarding.
• Billing information — payment details processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Content you create — posts, email campaigns, promotions, and images you draft or publish through Orvinn.
• Connected accounts — social media credentials and settings when you connect Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms via Ayrshare.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, time spent, and actions taken inside the app.
• Device and browser data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URL.
• Cookies and similar technologies — session tokens, preference cookies, and analytics identifiers. See Section 7 for details.

Information from third parties

• Social platforms — post performance data returned by Facebook and Instagram when we fetch your analytics.
• Commerce platforms — order and product data (item names, quantities, order totals, order status) from Square, Clover, or Shopify when you connect a store. Used solely to generate performance-based marketing content. We do not access or store customer names, emails, phone numbers, or shipping addresses from these platforms.
• Market data providers — real estate market and listing data from Rentcast and, if you connect it, Bridge Interactive (MLS data) used to generate market-related and listing-related content.
• Weather data — local weather and forecast data from OpenWeatherMap, used for Outdoor Sports Facility accounts to generate weather-grounded content and alerts.
• Authentication providers — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.

3. How we use your data

• Create and manage your account
• Generate AI-written social posts and email campaigns on your behalf
• Generate marketing content based on your connected store's sales activity (e.g., best-selling products, order trends) when you connect a commerce platform
• Publish content to your connected social accounts and send emails to your audience
• Display performance analytics and reporting
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, scheduled reports)
• Send product updates and marketing emails (you can opt out at any time)
• Improve and debug the platform
• Comply with legal obligations

We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate content. Your prompts and profile data are sent to Anthropic as part of this process. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their usage policies.

4. Legal basis for processing (EEA/UK users)

• Contract performance — to provide the service you signed up for
• Legitimate interests — to improve our platform, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account
• Consent — for marketing emails and non-essential cookies
• Legal obligation — when required by law

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors necessary to operate the Service:

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and content are deleted within 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law. Order data synced from connected commerce platforms (Square, Clover, Shopify) — order line items, totals, and status — is automatically deleted 12 months after the order date.

7. Cookies

• Essential cookies — required for login sessions and basic functionality. Cannot be disabled.
• Preference cookies — remember your settings. Disabled when you opt out.
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how the product is used. Disabled when you opt out.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain types of processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@orvinn.app. We'll respond within 30 days.

9. Data security

We use encrypted data storage, HTTPS-only connections, and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the data entrusted to us.

10. Children

Orvinn is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at hello@orvinn.app.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the effective date at the top and notify you by email if the changes are material.
